On Thursday we went to our town's cooking show! It was so much fun! There were tons of vendors giving out free samples and massages and FOOD! There were also tons of door prizes but we didn't win any. Our friend Miss Laurie competed against two other local chefs and won for best food and presentation! She made gnocchi out of potato flakes because she had to use non perishable items. The purpose of the entire night was to raise money for a local shelter, and they were able to give a LOT of money and canned goods to them which was great!
