Last week, my good friend Laurie taught me how to make homemade gnocchi. Last night, I tried it on my own! The great thing was she arrived for her son's piano lesson just as I started to get stressed out, so she was still able to give me a little bit of help. Jason wants me to make these every night now. I told him he'd have to settle for every week.
